VIDEO: King County Manager Brandon Banks Orders Subordinates to Discriminate Against Citizens

(Seattle, WA) - A second video has now emerged from inside King County's King Street Center. This time the video shows King County Manager Brandon Banks asking county security to violate a citizen's basic civil rights.

In the video DES Manager Christina Gonzalez, Security Officers Theodore Griffin and Johnnie Horn meet with Banks to discuss whether or not they can violate people's civil rights.
